Cherry Heights Loop

17.4 miles, 1800' elevation gain

Offering scenic vistas of the Columbia River Gorge, The Dalles Dam, and The Dalles City, this short loop encompasses many of the elements that make riding here so great. Taken clockwise, the climb from town is relatively short and steep with the reward being a long, looping 10 mile descent back into town. Ridden counterclockwise, the climb is much more gradual, the views more spectacular, and the descent much faster.
